Great Product

I prefer food based vitamins because they actually absorb within the body. My Kind Organic is a great vitamin line; however, they dont make a Selenium vitamin. Selenium is a wonderful vitamin to supplement. It helps the body fight free radicals and it helps cells remain healthy when they multiply. Our body is constantly creating new cells so if you smoke (or used to smoke), drink alcohol (even occasionally) are exposed to pollution, toxins, etc. Selenium is a great supplement to add daily to stay healthy. Highly recommend??

May have helped me cure a stubborn UTI

I had a UTI for 3 months (e.coli). I first tried a week of macrobid. Symptoms went away for apx 10 days. Then I tried every natural remedy possible because I have been able to get rid of e.coli UTIs that way in the past (high, consistent doses of d-mannose or uva ursi). But, this time, the infection persisted. After reading reviews here, I decided to try this with another round of antibiotics. I've also read that some women get chronic/recurrent UTIs because the antibiotics aren't prescribed for a long enough duration. So I asked my dr for two weeks of macrobid. I took that + this for two weeks. I've had no symptoms for over a month and a pcr test showed no infection! (FYI culture tests are highly inaccurate. Check microgendx for better UTI tests.)
