Seeming to work

I've been taking this msm for a little over a week now, and I have noticed a big difference in my pain. Also I have been sleeping quite a bit better and feeling better in general. Something I haven't been able to do is sleep. I can't wait to see how it works a little farther down the road. I now take 3 instead of 2. I also know that when taking msm you should take vitamin c with it for better absorption. It doe's seem to work better that way. I will buy this again.

Staying on an even keel

I'm not one of those people with crazy out-of-control blood pressure, but since it runs in my family, I thought this would be a nice option to try. Hoping that it could keep my BP stabilized more than my older siblings. After looking up the ingredients, there's nothing that could be harmful, from what I've read. In my particular situation, it might be a case of 'it can't hurt and might help'. Another addition to my arsenal of supplements.
