I buy it regularly but don't use it alone

Xylitol turns out to be a great addition to neti salt. These packets claim to be proportionately mixed for use in neti pots but my experience is they're WAY too strong. I mix a little in with my regular Neti salt. (BTW I use NeilMed neti bottles and salt.) So yes, recommended, but not for use stand-alone.

Nice Solution for Neti Pot

I bought this with my first neti pot purchase. I have used it a couple times, and really like it. I was already a big fan of the Xlear nasal spray, so I was hopeful. Overall, I think it is great!
