The pills are good but the bottle came broken its glass and theres no ability to return it. There should at least be an option to return some thing that came broken.

I take this twice daily. The Malate form is best for energy. Make sure your magnesium is NOT the Oxide form as this form is only 4 percent absorbable and a complete waste of your money. I will continue to purchase THIS brand. MOST importantly, this Magnesium REALLY helps to reduce deep muscle aches in my back that occurs nearly every night. Magnesium works to take away deep aches much better than pain relievers. Magnesium is my 3rd most important supplement after Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2. Take Magnesium twice daily and you WILL feel sooo much better!!! ??

I usually take Prenatal Vitamin + DHA Softgel with Folic Acid, Iodine and Zinc, 90 Count and wanted to switch to a vitamin where I can get Omega and DHA with less iron since I'm 50 and don't need the extra iron. The Cost was a lot more expensive for the Smarty Pants vitamins at $18.99 for only 20 compared to the same price for 90 but I wanted to give it a try. The taste and smell are terrible and even holding your nose doesn't help. Then you burp it all day unless you eat something else to burp. It will be 20 days of torture.

This product does not cause any discomfort or perceivable negative effect on the digestive system. There is no stomach discomfort, cramping, or diarrhea. What we did notice was a general calming effect, and a gradual reduction in muscular stiffness. Our doctor recommended trying a magnesium supplement for our progressive muscular weakness and stiffness associated with aging and symptoms similar to Fibromyalgia. The calming effects occur within hours, which is helpful for our general anxiety. All in all, highly recommended if you have extreme muscle stiffness and weakness. Amazingly, there have been absolutely no side effects whatsoever. We have been taking two capsules daily.
