Ages 12 and up: 1 teaspoon, 3 times daily
Ages 6-11: ½ teaspoon, up to 4 times daily

Helped a family member with chronic bronchitis

I am so grateful for this medicine! Im asthmatic, but havent had a wheezing attack in over three years. But this summer an allergy triggered and I was completely dependent on my inhaler at least three times a day! I couldnt get an appointment with the pulmonologist in time. I was treating it at home with regular steam, honey and ginger tea but it wasnt enough I felt the congestion and discomfort still. I looked for herbal medicine online when I came across this. I took this for a week regularly and my wheezing and congestion is drastically reduced. I do not have to use my inhaler to breather easily. This has surely been a life saver. Thank you.
