I have been a vegetarian for 40-some years and have needed to take naps to function for the past 30 or so. I tried this to see if it would help with memory problems and am starting my third month. As you may know, vegetarians don't get much Omega 3 or DHA unless they really work at it. Research indicates it takes up to 6 months for it to help with that. HOWEVER, what I've noticed the past few weeks is that I'm less tired/fuzzy-headed during the day, which is quite wonderful. Apparently DHA needs vary (I think because some people are better than others at synthisizing it). This is the first of many vitamins and medicines I've tried that has helped. It's not going to help everyone, but if you have tiredness or memory problems I strongly recommend trying it. (This brand was recommended by someone who is familiar with brand qualities, so I suggest trying this brand first)
