Recommended Dosage
2-3 times daily:
0 to 4 years 15-30 drops
4 to 8 years 30-45 drops
8 to 12 years 45-60 drops
12 years to adult 60-90 drops
30-35 drops = ½ dropperful
To evaporate alcohol, place in hot water.
Shake well before every use.
Use only as directed by your health care provider.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store at room temperature.
Keep tightly capped, and out of direct sunlight.

I would say that this would be a good product for people thats in a high stress situation, it really helps settle your nerves quickly

Good effective stack, terrible price

not enough theanine or 5htp. And at close to $2 a day - no thanks. That said, this and a sparkling water is going to be significantly better and cheaper than any fancy neuro drink you'd find in a health store. If you got more money than you know what to do with, the convenience is there. But I'll stick to buying bulk and taking 800mg theanine, 200 5htp + gaba And methyl B12

Blood pressure lower

I have been taking this product, daily, 2 pills, since early August, 2020, because of concern over the effects of antibiotics I had a few months before. I had my blood pressure taken at a doctor appointment yesterday and my blood pressure had dropped significantly since April. Both upper and lower numbers dropped 8-10 points.

I heard about this vitamin from the Pregnancy Podcast and was glad to let them do most of the legwork with researching and comparing vitamins. I continue to compare the ingredients and daily intake percentages offered with the mighty mini against other brands though, and still find them to be among the very best. Vitamins are easy to swallow for me (although this isnt something I typically have difficulty with. I do think the gel capsules are always easier than trying to get a huge powdered pill down), i did not notice any odor, and have gotten no adverse side effects or digestive complications for me. I've been taking them for over 3 months now and still great!
