DIRECTIONS: Completely dissolve in mouth one (1) lozenge every 2 wakeful hours, not to exceed 8 lozenges per day, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days. Do not chew or swallow lozenge. May cause nausea if taken on empty stomach.

CAUTION: Supplemental zinc can inhibit the absorption and availability of copper.
If more than 50 mg of supplemental zinc is taken daily on a chronic basis, 2 mg of supplemental copper should also be taken to prevent copper deficiency.
Chronic ingestion of more than 100 mg of zinc daily may be immunosuppresive for some aspects of T-cell and NK cell function.

HUGE AND HARD

HUUUUGE AND HARD AS A ROCK. Could not chew...and I have strong teeth, and it would not dissolve. Left chalk like film and taste in mouth. I was able to crack it with a hammer on the sidewalk. Lol....for whatever purpose that may serve. Lol. Amazon did refund me though and they didn't want them back.

I did not receive what I ordered

I reordered the white bottle with the blue lid Life Extension Zinc Lozenges. When I opened my 2 pack I assumed (my mistake) they had repackaged. These lozenges are HUGE, larger than a mini marshmallow and take forever to dissolve. The flavor is awful. Now since the w pack has been opened, but only 1 bottle, I cant return. The white bottle with the blue lid is great. Not these.

These work VERY well to prevent respiratory infections

I'm generally very skeptical of supplements because there are so many that have no effect other than a placebo effect. These are totally different though. I've used these for years and if I'm starting to get a scratchy throat or any other signs of nascent infection, taking one or a few of these throughout the day prevents the infection from developing further 99% of the time for me. I've tried a variety of other things with this goal, including propolis, a variety of herbs, elderberries, etc. and this one works VASTLY better. Highly recommend! The only downside is the weird metallic aftertaste.

Good taste but thick lozenge

These lozenges have a good minty flavor overall. They do have the slightly metallic taste I associate with zinc lozenges. The only drawback is the thickness of the lozenges. I find it difficult to talk clearly with one in my mouth.
