Very easy to swallow. Nice big bottle.

Love these little gel cap vitamins. I cant tell if they are doing anything at all, but I figure its all healthy stuff so it cant hurt. Directions say to take two soft gels daily with meals. Theres 180 in the bottle so its basically a 90 day (3 month) supply. I sometimes only remember to take about 1 a day so for me they will last even longer. Says 240 EPA/ 160 DHA/ 76 GLA. Evening Primrose Oil with Omega-3. Supports Hormonal Balance and Healthy Skin. Theres also a warning to consult your doctor if you are pregnant or nursing. Overall Id recommend them.

Wonderful fish capsule.

This has been a wonderful fish capsule for me. Never any issues I couldn't tell I'd even taken one. Easy to swallow and no stomach upset. Bright, beautiful packaging and graphics on the bottle. For me, it shows a company that cares and wants to represent it's product professionally and invest in it. Several uses for the primrose and didn't bother me it was added here. I took these for the fish oil benefit.
