I get that they want to save money on shipping by switching from glass to plastic, which of itself I was already hesitant with health impacts of plastic in general, but now when you try to remove the inner aluminum seal it doesnt come off all the way and shreds in pieces. So along with plastic and xenoestrogens youre getting bits of aluminum falling into the bottle. Not to mention the bits of plastic hanging off the rim from you trying to get the seal off which is also falling in. Good product with tragic packaging decision. Too bad they didnt decide to charge people a little more for shipping glass, I wont be buying it again after years of being a devout customer.

Ive been using it faithfully since the beginning of this year. Dropped 35 lbs and it suppresses my appetite when I add it to my morning coffee. Eating less but not starving myself and feeling really good. Working for me and one bottle lasts a few months so it wont break the bank. I chose the unflavored but love how it tastes with the cream and stevia/monk fruit liquid sweetener. Delicious.

By far the best McT oil Ive used; no bad flavor, zero smell, and its the only one that didnt cause stomach issues using it, and it helps with my keto lifestyle. I put this stuff in my coffee and protein shakes, and it does the job well.

I cannot talk about long term health benefit because I only used it for a couple of weeks. But I like the fact that it is scent free and taste free. It is oil, so of course it is floating over my coffee, but it does not add any negative taste.
