They help keep you regular

I take in the mornings with my coffee. And dont feel sleepy afterward. I take to keep myself regular and it definitely helps with that. Dont take two at a time though. It makes me sick.

Great vitamin, great brand.

I love purchasing supplements by NOW because I know I am getting quality products. I never have to worry about any added fillers or cheap ingredients. I have been using the brand for years and have never been disappointed. Ive been using this magnesium supplement for about one month to help me sleep.
