Seems to work well

I don't normally write reviews, but to let you all know my anecdotal experience. This dropped my LDL by 39 points in about a month. I also increased my fiber intake and cardio frequency for that time period.

Watch product quantity

Product was half size for same price as previously ordered. Unhappy that quantity was not mentioned or viewable in online advertisement.

Works but hard on stomach.

This product did work. My blood glucose readings dropped around ten points shortly after taking. However after a week I had to stop. The product is hard on the stomach despite taking with food and it also caused constipation in my case as well. I would recommend drinking lots of water and eating more fiber with this product.

Since the formula was changed recently from liquid to powder the quality has deteriorated... Product causes heavy reflux for hours
