Wish I bought this product months ago! Have been struggling to swallow my b6 in tablet form and add on pregnancy nausea, was not a good combo. These are super easy to swallow. Almost hesitated to buy based on someone mentioning they were large in review, they are not, they are smaller than my magnesium pills and have a nice capsule coating, no taste. A perfect pair with my unisom to help me survive the day.

Helped stop/lessen anxiety tics

I read up on what to do when vocal tics turn in to physical tics, as after my son had covid it seemed to worsen his tics he gets with anxiety. I don't know many details scientifically so don't take this as solid medical advice, but since he couldn't see a neurologist till 4 months in the future, we decided to take the supplement route while we wait. We him him on magnesium, but that alone wasn't helping. When we added this B-6, within 2 weeks his vocal tics were gone and physical tics far less frequent and dramatic! So thankful for this. Son is 7, giving him 2 of these b-6 every morning and magnesium every night.

Breakout city!

I am pretty sure these are the ones that made my skin erupt. Stopped taking them and the major breakouts stopped. I would not recommend.

Waste of money

This bottle came in with only a few pills inside. Waste of time and money. Waited so long to get it. Only to find out that's its useless.
