A very fast acting gelatin when added to any liquid. It has a neutral flavor as well. Idk why there is a star rating on pain relief... Ive never heard of gelatin relieving pain. I use it for better bone health and strength. Its a good source of proteins too.

I tried a non grass fed gelatin, because it was a bit less expensive. I came back to this one. The tastes are the same, but the mixing qualities and the way this one feels when I use it are different. Thank you for offering a pasture raised, grass fed product.

I'm not sure what made me barfy, the smell or the taste. I was expecting flavorless, odorless gelatin, but that isn't what I got. I might be more sensitive to that than most people. Worked as expected otherwise, but I can't use this product. Amazon used to have a "RETURNS" section, but now on this product they don't. It's considered a "Health and Beauty" item so no returns. I worked it out, but Amazon needs to bring that back for it's customers.

This size lasts me two months, using one scoop a day for my bullet proof matcha and the occasional late night baking treat.
