Directions for use:
Shake Well. Mix ¼ fl. oz. (7.5 mL or 1 ½ tsp) of the pre-mixed liquid minerals daily with your favorite juice (orange or grapefruit or H2O). Test yourself frequently (at least weekly) to find which ones you need (or don't need). If needed, please add in 4 drops of #4, 3 drops of #8 and 3 drops of #9.

Note: The Pre-Mixed Liquid Minerals are a convenient way of taking one dose of #1, 2, 3, 5, 6 ,7. A change in taste may indicate your body's needs have changed -- you should test yourself (BodyBio MTK Mineral Test Kit) to determine which one(s) have changed. If you do not like one or more minerals -- please stop taking the Pre-Mix and create a new mineral drink recipe using the individual Liquid Minerals according to your test results. To insure proper health, take only the minerals your body desires. Do not increase your daily dose of the Pre-Mixed Liquid Minerals unless advised by a Health Care Professional.

Great for very sensitive skin!

This was the only soap I could use for a while, because my skin gets super sensitive and irritated sometimes. Smell is not to strong.

I know the bottle says it is to support the thyroid, but I'm not sure if it does anything else. I had hoped it would help me lose some weight, hoping a off-kilter thyroid might be why I find it so hard to lose weight. But, alas, it hasn't. I think it is supposed to help also with boosing the immune system. Since I haven't gotten any of the nasty bugs going around, I think it has done that. It is easy to take and no after-taste.
