Good stuff, helps reduce my IBS cramping

I've tried lots of meds and supplements to help with my mixed IBS. This is the only one that I've stuck with as a daily (actually twice daily) supplement for over a year now. I used to be constipated for 3-4 days a week punctuated by a full morning of difficult bowel movements, often with moderate to severe cramping. Since using these capsules my symptoms are much milder, and almost never with cramping. I also take Imodium as soon as symptoms start, and sometimes a spoon of Pepto. That combination works well for me. Your mileage may vary. Good luck!

I put 1 capsule in hot water which made a great tea. For instant sinus relief I would bite one capsule.
