I take in the mornings with my coffee. And dont feel sleepy afterward. I take to keep myself regular and it definitely helps with that. Dont take two at a time though. It makes me sick.

I have been using the brand for years and have never been disappointed. Ive been using this magnesium supplement for about one month to help me sleep.
