might have caused bumps

I like the NOW brand. I took this and on about the 3rd day I had 3 pimples on the side of my head...something that I have not experienced before. so I'm scared to continue. Perhaps I'll try again, because in the past biotin had actually helped keep my skin and hair healthy looking. I have a low haircut, but still like to prevent thinning of it.
