I can't swallow big pills or capsules. I need to pull the capsules apart and stir the contents into applesauce or other food. Unfortunately, these pills have a bitter taste and they taste too bad for me to take them. I gave 4 stars because I use other supplements from this company and their quality has always been good. Hawthorn extract can be stirred into applesauce. It has an herbal taste. Gabapentin capsules can not be stirred into applesauce or food. Gabapenton has the worst taste of all pills I have tested. However, Gabapenton comes in a liquid. I add the liquid Gabapenton to some apple juice, then chase it with apple juice. Gabapenton liquid in apple juice reminds me of cough syrup. I will look for another product that may offer similar benefits as the grape seed extract.

Im either sensitive to grape seed or this dosage is too high for me. A couple of times I took this supplement on an empty stomach in the morning and I thought I was coming down with a virus! Headache, dizzy and very nauseous. Then I figured out it was the combo of grape seed tablet and no food, so I made sure to take it with food. Even when I took this product with food, I became nauseated most of the time. But, much less severe side effects than without food. I decided its not worth it so I threw the rest away!

wonderful stuff

Ive had leg nerve pain issues for years from a lower back injury. Heavy burning pain, restless legs, typical nerve stuff. I read that grape seed can help with the burning and with circulation. I have to use stairs at work, and some days are better than others as far as the painful burning depending how my body feels. Since Ive started taking these Ive noticed I dont feel any burning sensation. Its great. I stopped taking them for a few days and noticed it started coming back, started taking them again, and I felt better. Its been a few months now and Im still feeling good. Fingers crossed it continues.
