I think it actually makes my skin look better, with much less brown spots and such.

I began taking this supplement about 9 years ago. I started taking it to increase my immune system, so I wouldnt get sick often. It seemed to really make a difference. But the reason I would not want to stop taking it, ever, is because soon after I had been using it, I realized that my skin was looking much better, and this has continued. (Before I started taking it, I was seeing a lot of brown spots appearing. Im 69 years old.) And I take only two each morning, on an empty stomach, so the bottle of 240 capsules is very economical, really. I recommend this product, for sure!

Great Product

I have been using this product for the last two years and am very satisfied with it. I will continue to order.

Doesn't mix well...

This is OK. It gets a bit clumpy unless you put it in a blender with liquid other than water. When I used it with almond milk and ice, it blended much better than with just water. It has a weird taste/coating that I didn't much care for.
