I am definitely a fan!! I take Wobenzym almost daily, sometimes I forget- but almost daily. I started taking only 2 (less than the recommended 3), because I forgot how many was recommended, yet my incredibly painful stiff right knee eventually got better anyway. I was waiting about 2 months to see an orthopedist - plus it took over a month to find a doctor to get a referral-during covid we've had a shortage. So at least 4 months went by when I was taking Wobenzym and by the time I was seen by the Orthopedist my pain was so much less and I was bending my knee, we decided not to get a cortizon injection!! Gradually I stopped taking the Wobenzym because the pain was gone but after about 3 months without taking Wobenzym the pain began to return. I am definitely a fan!! I take Wobenzym almost daily, sometimes I forget- but almost daily.

Have bone-on-bone condition in left knee, since the medial meniscus was removed over the course of several surgeries, decades apart. Was dreading the thought of knee replacement, given mixed reviews on the related outcomes. Decided to give Wobenzym a try. Great, so far! Knee pain is less than half of previous level, after about 10 days of supplement. 3 after breakfast and 3 after lunch, seems to do the trick, for me.

I use it for tendonitis.

I like what it does for me.. but the price is ridiculous!

The osteoarthritis pain in my knee is the perfect 'barometer' for the effectiveness of this product. When the knee is bad I have to go down stairs like a toddler. When I've been taking 3 Wobenzym daily an hour before breakfast, I can walk down stairs like an adult. The improvement is obvious after only a day or two.
