wonderful product!

I purchased this to help with the healing of torn cartilage in my knee; after only a few days it is amazing how much the knee has improved. I will be taking this forever since it is so good for so many things.

Small pill one a day dosage works for me

I like the brand and quality of these supplements and the size of the pill is small which I like as well and have been taking vitamin K for a long time to stay healthy.

I couldnt even drink this! The taste was so horrid, I was dry heaving!!

I had bought this product years ago and the taste was tolerable this was Advanced but it wasnt even drinkable! I had to throw it out! Its annoying because it was only sold in a 2 pack!
