Mayo Clinic recommends that adults get at least 1,000 to 2,000 IU per day of vitamin D from a supplement. That is generally safe, and should help people achieve an adequate blood level of vitamin D.

Definitely does what it say it does!!!

This product is the best by far to help pass gas. I eat a lot of daily products and it causes me to have extreme bloating. Take 3 tablets when necessary under your tongue and let them dissolve. It passes the gas out and relieve the bloating. I have purchased this product twice and will continue to purchase.

A great preventive for virus protection

If you research colostrum and lactoferrin, you will find that it helps cells keep viruses from entering the cell through the cell membrane and of course with COVID-19 everywhere, this may be one thing that will help if you are exposed. I am 80 years old and am taking great caution to not be exposed to viruses, but if I am, hopefully this one tool will help me make it through more easily.
