A little additional information

SUGGESTED USE: One to three tablets daily, or as recommended by a healthcare provider. When used in conjunction with Iodoral 50 mg tablets, the recommended amount is one tablet of ATP Cofactor for each 50 mg tablet of Iodoral. From the Optimox website.

Have not noticed any differene

I purchased this product to take with the company's iodine supplement (which I love). I did not notice any differences in pain levels or energy. I did not notice any changes with this supplement. I will say that it was easy to take and had no odor. It also arrived quickly.

No flushing effect abs it is working

Great alternative for iodine protocol, no flushing and it is working as regular vitamin. Feeling more energetic and complete as well. Using it with other vitamins and supplements for iodine protocol. Happy.

ATP cofactors

I like the atp b vitamin very much. As soon as I started taking it my leg muscles where less achy and some other muscles as well. I must have been depleted. I only wish the company would remove the magnesium sterate.
