Nothing special and very overpriced for what you get. At the gym the bodybuilders use jarrow suplements, great company with pure made in america ingredients. They use Jarrow EPS probiotics daily. I tried it for a few weeks and one a day actually works better than Nordic and at a 3rd of the cost. I got a years worth for half of what Nordic cost. Individually wrap and each capsule is coated to get past the stomach acid safely without being destroyed before it does you any good. Will never go back to Nordic, jarrow products are much better in quality and cost.
