I love this product! I recommend it to anybody that has anxiety. I take it when Im feeling a little bit anxious and within 20 minutes I can feel calmness come over me. My grandmother has Parkinsons and I know that this helps with it. I recently ordered it for her but she has trouble swallowing pills. Im just wondering are you able to chew this and swallow?
