I bought this product a year or more ago. I just bought another set because I never want to go a night without them. I have always found it hard to breathe through my nose if I have not been still for a long time. Forget breathing through my nose while laying down or working out. I saw this product on TikTok and decided to try it. Wow I didn’t know people breathed oxygen this easily. I wear it every night and have no problem breathing through my nose. I even wear it to work out and I can finally follow directions and breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth without feeling like I was dying. It did hurt my nose if I wore it for more than 15minutes but I kept at it, and now I can wear it all night and all day if I want.

This device works to open my nose and it's more comfortable than others. But it sometimes comes out during the night. It also opens my nostrils so much that they start to dry out. If you need a gentle option, this is a great one to try.

Opens up the nostrils so when you lay down you can breath through the nose and not the mouth...it works really well and not uncomfortable....Kept me from snoring and I feel more rested when I get up....would buy again

There's no denying this product works. I struggle to breathe through my nose even during the day, and this mitigated the problem while I slept. However, after a week it is very painful. There are concave protrusions on the sides of the device that come into contact with the inside of your nose, and they are not smooth. In fact, even just feeling them with my fingers i would describe the protrusions as bordering on sharp. The sections of my nose that contact these protrusions have become raw with continued use, and further irritation every night has basically made the device unwearable.
