Not really that effective

We bought these because we had taken Reishi in the past and it really helped with anxiety. Thinking we could get it cheaper, we bought this brand. The reason it is cheaper is because it is made with the mycellium and not the fruiting body of the mushroom. Our fault, we need to read labels better. We ended up needing to take twice as many capsules (or more) to get the same effect as a similar product made from the fruiting body.
