Go With A Different Brand…

After countless supplements and medications, I still struggle with not being able to go to the bathroom. My issue is motility. I tried a different Motility and was blown away that I was waking up and having to go! I did have to take a few a day (instead of 1-2 recommended). Saw this brand (same Nutrition Label) and for a much cheaper price, thought I was in luck! No. The quality is obviously very different. Sometimes we have to pay more for what will actually work. There is a reason this is inexpensive compared to others out there. Save yourself 30+ bucks on this. But try Prodigest in a supplement!!! I hope everyone can find relief.

Move Along

This GI motility complex helps move waste along during digestion. It's all natural and vegan so you're getting botanical ingredients. I can feel my digestion get better and less bloated with my larger meals (usually dinner).

Achieve Optimum Absorption of Nutrients During Meals

This nootropic differs from 'digestive enzyme' products as it helps to coat the digestive tract, improving peristalsis and reducing the instance of impacted fecal matter in the intestines. Ginger and apple cider vinegar soothes the stomach, while standardized artichoke extract is a whole food concentrate which combines with foods to increase bioavailability of nutrients. I would suggest starting off with just one capsule with meals, as taking the recommended dosage or higher may result in a 'laxative' effect.

Effective but unknown side effect

I tried only couple of times, overall, this product seems to be effective on me. but thanks to its unknown side effects, and pretty high price, I cannot recommend it to you and actually, I think the correct path is to consult with your doctors first before eating this.

Pricey for a complex having only 3 ingredients

When I ordered this I did not know exactly what ingredients were included in each capsule. The front label says artichoke, ginger, and ACV, but there was no photo of the back of the bottle, and that is usually where all ingredients are disclosed. To my surprise, on the back label those three ingredients are pretty much all there is. I have never heard of ACV included in a motility product. I was expecting to find at least some psillium husk or maybe some flax seed. This is pretty pricey for what you (don't) get.
