Montiff Pure L-Tyrosin 500 mg

I had a friend tell me about a product similar to this and I tried his to stop my night leg cramps. It worked and I was running out of pickle juice as that really helps too. This product was a little different but ever since using it, my painful night time leg cramps have stopped when I take it faithfully. Nice alternative to heating pads and running around trying to stop the painful cramps at 3:00am!

I really wanted to like this but the vanilla flavor just gives it an overall yucky taste. Now I am stuck with a big tub of mix I won't use. Guess I will still with my turmeric chai from My Herbal Apothecary!

Just got this, and my first mug is cooling. It smells great and blended easily, but I feel deceived by the product photo, which shows a full jar of the tea. What I received is maybe half-full? While I understand leaving space for the scoop they included, this seems...off. What I received may very well still be 9.5oz as listed, but I dont own a scale so I cant check. All I know is it seems half my container of product is missing. I will use this but probably wont buy again.

The flavor is ok. Not bad , not great , just ok. I 've had better brands of Tumeric with spices blends.

These are different from the capsules I have taken from other brands. These are gel caps and the curcumin is blended with MCT and olive oil. I like that they are shaped long and narrow and they are easier to swallow than my Omega3 pills. I already take MCT in my coffee, and I take an Omega3, so I don't really need to have this particular blend. However, I know there are some people who wouldn't already be taking those, and they help with absorption. So I get why they blend that in. I thought there was a bitter taste on the outside of the pill once or twice, but I don't really notice that anymore. I haven't noticed any improvement in my aches and pains, but I take turmeric for more benefits than only that, and other brands haven't offered that relief either. These are pricey compared with other supplements I have taken. But I do appreciate that they are manufactured in the US.
