I use this protein powder I mix it a cup of 1%milk and b12 D3 and flax oil for lunch every day does the job

I do think I feel a little better & maybe have more energy. Worth a try!

I love this product for the ingredients it contains. And I do feel better after being on it for a few weeks. It might seem expensive, but a dose is only a teaspoon. If you measure, a teaspoon is less than using spoon in most flatware sets. It's one of those products that is supposed to work best sublingual, under the tongue. Just can't handle it that way because of the taste, so I put it in a smoothie. I know the effectiveness is different, but just can't bear the taste. Regardless of the method, as I said, I do feel a bit better using it. It would probably be more than a bit if I used it as the manufacturer intended it to be.

Unfortunately, this cream pills and flakes every time i use it.

Wonderful for problem or a going skin. Rather expensive though.
