It helps me to sleep!!!!!

This is my nightly way to fall asleep. I take my bath, chew my Arnicare, which tastes great, and fall asleep rather than toss and turn for what seems like half the night!

Horrible taste

These tasted awful. My kids wouldnt eat them and at first I thought they were being picky but then I tried one and it tasted like soap. Awful.

Fabulous for cramps

Fabulous for cramps. I get terrible cramps in my foot and leg during the day or the middle of the night this works almost immediately and its such a great relief and it is holistic and not a lot of chemicals.
