Easy to swallow

Just received my second bottle. So far so good.

Would have rather of used the powder

You need to take 12 capsules in order to get daily suggested allowance. I much would have rathered to just use the powder.

Skin has Improved!

Although having to take 6 capsules a day is a bit much, the improvement of my skin makes it well worth it. This is my third month now. 67 YO skin looks good.

Finally a great peppermint flavor

I love a chocolate peppermint coffee, don't love that at most places it includes five or more pumps of flavor syrup. This is a great substitute using nine drops with espresso. Definitely try if you love peppermint all year.
