This product was recommended to me to use for my arthritis in my knee and back, which is very bad. It gave me some relief but I had to take up to 10 to 15 more a day. This was just too expensive, it took 2 bottles to notice anything. I took them on an empty stomach always 30-45 minutes before eating as directed. After finishing my third bottle I decided to start researching something else besides IBUPROFEN! Still looking.

This is a fabulous product. Gets rid of all my pain. I take 5 in the morning right as I wake up. And 5 in the evening right before I go to bed. Amazing. This product changed my life. Prior to it I was taking Serretia, which is just as good. But the Serretia pills are hard to swallow. These are very small pills and easy to toss back. AMAZING. If you switch to Wobenzyme PLUS you can take fewer pills (stronger dose), which is what I'm in the process of doing.

I also did pt, but I think this helped heal my tissue and move past a year of plantar fasciitis, which was very limiting. Great product. Got to come at PT from several angles and this helped with dry needling and massage and stretches.
