I wanted to try something natural before moving to estrogen. I can't get past the flavor/smell. Once the gel cap dissolves I find that I am burping the powder. yuk.

Shipping is VERY SLOW

While I love this product the shipping from this seller is unacceptable. I placed my order on October 25, 2023. It is now November 21, 2023 and still no package. Very disappointed with this delay!
