Calms the flames of Perimenopausal PMS

I was raging and so out of balance before I found this supplement under the guidance of a naturopathic doctor. She sells it at her clinic but I’ve had to purchase online when I can’t make it to her business. I believe in the efficacy and authenticity of the herbal blend based on her advice. Vitex (Chaste tree berry) has been a life saver. The additional mood balancers have given me a much better handle on the irritability, reactivity, anger, and sadness I was experiencing for two weeks prior to my period.

It worked for me (decades of struggling w/PMS)

I did not purchase this from Amazon but, instead, through my naturopath, who recommended it. I have struggled for decades (yes!) with extreme cramping, fatigue, and heaving bleeding during the first few days of my cycle. I used to have to take prescription opioids for the first few days to deal with the pain and be able to function (and tried acupuncture along with other therapies). I would say if you are like me and have debilitating periods, give this supplement time to work (at least 3 months) and be consistent about taking 2 capsules per day with food, preferably at the same approximate time each day. I now have a normal cycle -- no painkillers of any kind, and it's barely a nuisance. For me, this supplement (which I take every day) has been a godsend.

I take 3 pills daily, and even just one month in it helped my period cramps immensely. After dealing with chronic pain for nearly ten years, these are an absolute lifesaver. I’m on my eighth bottle now. Please don’t ever discontinue! And if you suffer on a monthly basis like I did, give these pills a chance.
