All wrong but one.

I only got one Carbo and the other three are not carbo!

Quality product

After several months of use I have not noticed any changes. I use Jarrow products but so far I have not had any noticeable results.

Been taking 5 months

Was recommended to me by a Nurse Practitioner 5 months ago. Seems to help with long term memory, but may just be a placebo effect.

does not work for me

For some reason, the brand I normally use (Now) did not have this supplement available. I thought I would try this because the bottle of 60 pills (100mg) was $9.88, approximately 1/3 the cost of what I had been buying. Although the ingredients look good (and similar), this did not work for me at all. I could feel my cognition slipping - and when I already have issues with brainpower, I don't want them to get worse! It is worth trying these to see if they help you, but if they don't, try another brand!

Immediate impact

I have tested the effects three times, twice inadvertently by forgetting to reorder, and each time noticed a dramatic improvement in mood and cognition after taking one three times a day. Im a skeptic and dont always write reviews but these are too good not to. I hope they help you as much as they have me.
