Pleasantly surprisedndary review

I don't typically buy the "block plus" version of this but did so this time and have actually been very pleased with how well it works with histamine problems. It has some other things in it which help supplement what I'm already taking but be sure you check the ingredients, so you aren't getting too much of something. I just might end up getting this once again, although, I prefer the 90 serving one instead.

Works for me-No itching!ndary rev

I experience severe itching and hives from food sensitivity. Antihistamines do nothing to stop or prevent itching.

Not as good

This product is just not as good as the higher dose capsules of dao. I now use one dao and one of these. Dao is just getting harder and harder to find.

Less DAO then the non 'PLUS' product

The only thing 'PLUS' about this product is the extra vitamins that I am already taking in my daily multi-vitamin. It has less DAO then the non-Plus product had and DAO is the reason I bought it in the first place. Even taking 2 pills (to get the same level of DAO) they don't seem to work as well. Switching to another brand. Disappointed because the product worked well before they changed it to 'PLUS'.
