Organic India Triphala 180 vegcaps

I have struggled with constipation since I was a child because of undiagnosed celiac disease. Even after going GF, my gut was damaged and I've spent 5 years trying to heal it. Nothing has EVER worked to get me to go to the bathroom, and decently, since this stuff. However, you need to find the right dosage for yourself, otherwise, the diarrhea will come. I'm experimenting with 1 every other day and that seems to work. It also took about a week of taking it to notice a difference in bowel movements. I am forever grateful for this incredible product and will keep using it forever! I cannot imagine how many toxins and chronic inflammation I have had in my body because of leaky gut from being constipated. Please give it a try if you have issues like me!

I like this triphala. I take 2 every night before bed with a warm glass of water. I tried it with cold water and didnt get any results. I recommend taking it with warm water.

I've had stomach issues for the last 15 years. Initial, IBS-D. Went dormant for a long time but over the last 3 years began experiencing constipation to the most severe levels and ended up in the ER after not responding to laxatives. My GI is at his end and sent me for a second opinion. My response to a variety of regimens have not improved/managed my symptoms, all he can see is IBS, but given the poor response feels there's something he is missing or can't see. I struggle with severe constipation, fullness, lack of appetite, bloating, gassyness, and a lot of GI pain and upper GI discomfort. I found Triphala and am trying this as a last-ditch effort to save my sanity till I see a new specialist in November. 2 Weeks In - my symptoms have improved slightly. Things move more regularly, I am slightly less gassy, and movements are less painful, cramping has reduced in severity and frequence. I did not do a full cleanse prior to starting this. While things have emptied quite a bit, it isn't enough. I'll be doing a full prep-style cleanse and then restart the following day. DEF WORTH TRYING! Will post updates.
