I bought this product for constipation because I was going on vacation and had used it years ago for that purpose. I took it every night before bed. By the end of the trip, I said to my husband "wow...I've really been sleeping better on vacation. I must be tired from our active days, and I must be less stressed becasue I feel calmer and like I'm in a deeper sleep". (Considering we were in a hotel room with 4 people, this would normally not be the case becasue the slightest noise wakes me up and then I'm up for hours). When we got home, it hit me like a lightning bolt - IT WAS THE MAGNESIUM CITRATE THAT FIXED MY SLEEP. I know that it is also used for the purpose. I have taken it every night since then (4 weeks) and I have not had one bad night of sleep! This is coming from someone who normally wakes up during the night and is up for 3 to 4 hours. I had tried everything: GABA, melatonin, l-tyrosine, ashwagandaha, hops, valerian root, 5-HTP, L-taurine, passion flower, blue light blocking glasses and red/orange googles, sleep story/meditation apps, and finally in desperation dug out an Ambien bottle from 2016 that I had been too afraid to try (it did help a little but I didn't really want to take that every night long term). The magnesium citrate has absolutely cured my sleep. It really does have a calming effect. I wake up several times during the night and fall right back to sleep. I wake up refreshed feeling like I got a solid night of restful sleep. I feel calmer during the day and it has dramatically improved my anxiety. AND, yes...it helps with constipation problems so that is cured too! It's true that too much will give you the runs. But just cut back until that is under control. (I take 1/4 teaspoon every night). A word to those complaining about the taste and texture PLEASE STOP. Go try the magnesium citrate gummies and leave a product that WORKS to us grown ups before the company ends up changing it becasue the big babies can't get it down. (I've actually seen adults complain about the taste of various gummy vitamins). Seriously, grow up. Yes, this clumps...I add a little water and down it like a shot before it clumps too much. I don't care what it tastes like...IT WORKS. To NOW brand...please don't ever change this. It has changed my life...seriously. THANK YOU.

I cant say enough about this stuff! It really works! Im finally able to sleep through the night without waking up every 2 hours. The night sweats have decreased tremendously. I may have a warm moment but very seldom. And it didnt take long to start seeing results. I highly recommend!!

I have taken two doses of this (1 capsule each 18 hours). WOW. I don't know if it's coincidence, psychosomatic, or causing these results. But WOWWWW. No more hot flashes and I slept so much better last night. I've been having so many hot flashes - and feel I'm constantly wiping off sweat and reapplying deodorant. At least a hot flash an hour; perhaps more. Now, I feel absolutely fabulous. No hot flashes- maybe a minor one. I'll keep taking this, and will continue to report back. But as of now, I highly recommend this.

I was suffering from hot flashes and night sweats quite frequently. My symptoms were absolutely horrible until this product was recommended to me. This supplement is a LIFE SAVER!! All of my hot flashes are gone and the night sweats are very minimal. Maybe 1-2 nights a week, I will get ONE. I couldn't believe how my symptoms subsided after only taking this for a few days. Very happy camper over here.

I was surprised that my dogs actually like them and I don't have to find creative ways for them to take it... this is only their first bottle but I am hopeful that it is going to keep them healthy...
