Amazing!

Saw something about this amino acid being helpful for a deep, restful sleep, without grogginess the next day. 3 to 5 grams was the suggested use in this article and I tried it my first night with 3 pills. I don't remember dreaming, but I didn't wake up several times like I usually do! I woke up refreshed and no after effects. This stuff really works!

Really helps with the quality of my sleep!

I have sleep issues that make getting adequate rest hard. I have sleep apnea with hypersomnia, and I never feel rested. And I was noticing that I seemed to not be having any dreams. I know that's highly unlikely, but I had no dream recall. I found that frustrating. The first thing I noticed when I started taking Glycine (3,000mg at bedtime), I was having dreams! And I was remembering them in the morning! Knowing I was definitely in REM sleep was reassuring. And taking the Glycine really helps me in drifting off to sleep and staying asleep. It's not sedating, it just helps the natural process of falling asleep and staying asleep. I love this supplement, and this brand is a good one, along with the NOW brand.
