Defective bottle top - does not close tightly

I've been buying NOW supplements for for than 30 years. Until now, have not seen this problem.

Helps with IBS

I'm wondering if Bifidus is what has been missing from my system. It seems that when I use this product I have little to no IBS-D symptoms. I am still testing.

sometimes doesnt work, arrives inactive

Sometimes it doesn't work and arrives inactive. I would say about 75% percent of the time its as advertised. I have found no other Acidophilus that works on indigestion though. When it works I only need one pill, when it doesn't, I need to take two or even three. Sometimes it doesn't work at all and it doesn't matter how many you take. I suppose sometimes they push out old product or batches that are sub par.
