Horrible tasting!!

Need more electrolyte in my diet per Doctor.

The taste

Couldnt get over the taste. I got the berry and it tasted like jello which is not very appealing to a vegan.

Mixed feelings

The taste....1-2 stars on lemon-lime, but the berry is 4 stars! The effect - 5 stars on a keto diet. Also my hubby has suffered terrible leg cramps for years. Doc took him off a medication because he thought it was causing the cramps. Im talking like 15 years of wake you up, make you cry cramps. Had him try my electrolytes for a completely different reason and four days later he told me he hadnt had leg cramps. Like a guy, he experimented and sure enough, no electrolytes for a couple of days and the cramps were back!
