Congeals in the cold

Well, I still drink this stuff all of the time even though I'm not positive it's doing much for my joints/hair/nails/skin. But, if there's any chance it helps me age like Jennifer Aniston, I guess I'll keep trying. Anyway, some important things to note: FLAVOR: There isn't really a taste, but I have noticed some meat-flavored indigestion after consumption. In hot coffee it adds some thickness and mild 'other' flavor to it. The chocolate flavor is better, but adds 20 calories (if you care). COLD/HOT: It absorbs really well in hot coffee. It says you can mix it with cold drinks, but it will congeal. You can't just throw it in lemonade or something, you'll need to make a smoothie or put it in a blender bottle with something and give it a reallllll good shake. My dad puts it in a protein drink like FairLife and that works well for him.

It works!

This stuff is great.. been using it for a little while. Definitely feel better as far as joints and surprisingly my stomach feels better.. there's no after taste or anything. It does not dissolve in cold drinks! The price is a little much but other than that- I will keep using it!
