So I don't like that the 4-ounce size that is pretty pricey does not include a dropper like the two ounce size but it tastes decent when I put it in water to drink. They said 15 to 30 drops for 80 lb and I'm about 160 so I decided to just use 30 drops. I have felt pretty healthy while using it considering this is winter time when I start getting colds and that moved into allergy season so im going to continue to take the whole bottle but it is kinda out of my budget range to keep purchasing. I do love the immunity boosting ingredients though and I swear by echinacea. I love that this is provided in America.

I like the holistic and natural approach to immune health and was happy to try this supplement out. I like to take it straight from the bottle because I'm used to taking it and it has a pleasant taste. The glycerin allows it to go down smoothly and it has been instrumental in me being healthy this winter. I will absolutely order another bottle when this runs out and am happy with how good I've been feeling.

I am a fan of the ingredient list. These ingredients in here are excellent for strengthening the immune system and helping it to ward off sickness. What I like most about this is that it is in liquid form. I feel like your body is able to absorb this easier than it would be if I were to take tablets or pills with the same ingredients. The instructions say to add 15 to 30 drops to water 1 to 4 times a day. FDA inspected and made in the USA. All in all, I think this is a great addition to my supplement routine and would recommend.

This is not really something to take for acute care, or even once you feel like you are coming down with something. It is more of a daily prevention during cold and flu season. I decanted half of it into a 2 oz dropper bottle, and one dropperful is about 30 drops. If I take that amount 3x per day, the bottle will last 53 days. I weigh a fair bit more than 80 lbs, but since they give a range of 15-30 drops per dose for an 80 pound person, I figure that's an OK amount for me. Putting 30 drops in a half-cup of water tastes a bit medicinal, but it's fine, since it is medicine after all. There's no real way to say this works for me, but the ingredients are good and so is this company, with whom I was already familiar from seeing their products in health food stores over the years.

It seems to work well with no negative side effects.
