I give 5 stars for a quality product. I have chronic stress, adhd, severe fatigue, and brain fog- but not anymore when I take this. My mental stamina and ability to calmly concentrate increased so that I can actually work on my hobbies and enjoy them. My energy increased and brain fog totally disappeared. I also noticed I wasnt feeling down in the dumps anymore and felt more interested in things. I didnt want to mindlessly look at my phone anymore- I wanted to engage in my life more. All of this is just super awesome! Also, this could be good or bad, but it increased my appetite and I felt hungrier. This was good for me as Ive been dealing with loss of appetite for awhile and suddenly my appetite was fully back! The downsides are it lowers my blood sugar so much I feel sick and lightheaded after taking it, and its a drying herb. I already lean towards a dry constitution. I didnt know this but most herbs are drying. Its important to take a demulcent herb such as marshmallow root to keep the body moist. My eyes got so dry it hurt but I learned from it. I am also sensitive to this and cant take more than 1-2 drops and cant take it multiple days in a row as it has a cumulative effect. Its an adaptogen, so I never know if its going to be sedating or stimulating when I take it. I guess its cool it changes depending on what your body needs but the unpredictability of whats gonna happen when I take it is kinda weird. However the pros are awesome so Ill continue to take it here and there in tiny amounts. Im thankful to have it when I need it!
