Liquid is always The best for absorption into the body! Would recommend this to anyone who needs this supplement and well love love all of it ingredients and non-ingredients :-) My review comes with a picture of the smile it puts on my face when taking it!:-) :-) :-)!!!

Hard to dose accurately with this tonic

This isn't really a proper liquid supplement, which I figure is why they call it a tonic. There's gritty powder floating around in the bottle which naturally settles to the bottom. Some of the powder in the bottle I received caked together into little chips which ended up in my mouth for the last couple doses at the bottom of the bottle. I found it's important to shake the bottle as vigorously as possible before pouring, and to pour quickly before the powder starts to settle in order to get a consistent dose. Even after doing this I could tell I was getting a significantly higher dose as I reached the end of the bottle because of the settling of the powder to the bottom. This is otherwise a great supplement. It's very effective and it has the "better" type of B6 (p5p). So, it's got that going for it...which is nice...but it's very difficult to get a consistent dose every day with this stuff. Just so you know before ordering

Foreign object in solution.

I'm not sure if it's just mine or this is how this crap comes. When I shake it there's something rattling in the bottle. At 1st I thought it was something to help stir up the product. Yesterday the "thing" broke up and the product became super powdery. Now I have no idea what is in there, or what I have been drinking. I'm past the return date, but you can still save your money
