I have to remember to take it 3X a day because it is so freaking amazing. The results are immediate and very noticeable creating a pseudo-addiction. I wish I could take one tablet 3X a day. These are 3, 3X a day. Also, these are not washed, taking away the chromium. Chromium is not optional.
