Good for mastitis

Had mastitis three times before my baby was four months due to an oversupply and thick breastmilk. Started taking these twice a day and haven't had a problem since.

Good, but they are "horse pills"

I don't take Sunflower Lethicin on the daily and take it only when I feel like I need to for potential clogged ducts. They are huge horse pills, but get the job done (I think! I haven't needed to take it once I had a bag clogged duct). There is no weird vitamin-y smell to it so that helps. I would recommend just drinking a lot of water when taking the pill. Also, this particular one is good because it has a lot of pills in it (200 count) as opposed to other brands.

Very helpful

Recommended to me by my IBCLC for frequent clogged ducts and history of mastitis. Definitely worth it. Made a big difference! I take 2 nightly and have definitely seen a difference. Highly recommend.
