Only salt I use

I first found this salt at Swanson's where it was introduced by a Doctor from Germany. It made sense to me and I started using it during that time in the early 2000. Now you can purchase this salt anywhere, but I like this brand for making Sole'. I have been distilling my water and wanted to add some extra minerals along with electrolytes to help with hydration. I drink mostly herbal teas which are very diuretic, and I was always running to the bathroom which would leave me dehydrated, Sole' takes care of the issue for me. This package also goes a long way. I have tried using the smaller stones but this product seem so much cleaner to me, as far as residue is concerned.

Now Foods Silymarin Works Well.

These supplements were recommended by our acupuncturist for someone going through cancer treatments. All I can say, is that the person's liver function remained really good throughout. Now we all take them as a part of our daily supplements. So far...so good.
